This wall mountable comment box is designed to hold forms up to 5" wide. This is an extremely durable 18 gauge box that features an exterior powder coat finish. The box is equipped with an locking lid with a keyed cam lock to secure the completed forms and a storage pocket for blank forms. The overall dimensions of this box are 8w x 8h x 5" deep. The mounting holes are designed so that the mounting hardware can not be removed unless the lock is unlocked.
