If Your UPS
Shipment is Damaged
In the event of concealed
or known damage to a shipment carried by UPS:
Have the carrier note the nature and extent
of the damage on both the carrier's copy and delivery copy of the freight
bill.
Leave the damaged material in the original
shipping container. This is essential!
Contact the carrier immediately for an
inspection of the goods. Get a copy of the inspection report to support your
claim.
Contact Vic's Time; All claims with UPS must
be initiated by the shipper.
